What about a refund after cancellation?
You don’t have to worry as your payment is protected with verified Payment gateways (PayU, Razorpay, Paytm). We take anywhere from 3-7 business days to complete your refund request. The refund amount will be credited to the same account as you had made the payment from.
I have still not received the refund to my bank account. Why?
Once we initiate the refund, it will take 3-7 business days. If you still have not received the amount, kindly contact your bank with the provided UTR/Transaction details.
